02.12.2009 - New Connector Series PLI and JADN

With the series PLI we provide a connector system with a pitch 2.0mm, which meets the requirements for miniaturized power connectors with an active latch for a secure connection.
The wire side is designed in crimp technology and the header is applicable for through-hole mounting onto the PCB.
The header is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon and the plug housing is made of fiberglass-reinforced PBT. The crimp terminals are made of tin-plated phosphor-bronze material.

The board-to-board connectors from the series JADN with a pitch of 0.4mm are available with a stacking height of 0.8mm an 1.0mm.
Due to a contact locking mechanism a complete fitting by a tactilely click-feeling is ensured.

The connector housing is made of LCP material and the contacts are made of phosphor bronze material with a gold-plated surface-finish. For an automoatic SMT assembly the connectors are supplied on tape.
