In order to comply with the requirements of the automobile industry, in the year 2000 the management of JST Deutschland GmbH decided to gain ISO TS 16949 certification by the year 2001. ISO TS 16949 is a combination of the German standard VDA 6.1 and the American standard QS 9000.

The ISO TS 16949 certification audit was carried out by the TÜV Rheinland district at the same time as it did the annual QS 9000 audit, from 23 October to 25 October 2001.

JST Deutschland GmbH has been complying with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1999 and now together with the successful ISO TS 16949 certification, accomplished on 14 December 2001, the corporation has reached another milestone in meeting the quality requirements of its customers. These are now in line with world-wide quality management systems.

Since 2004 JST Deutschland GmbH has been complying with the ISO 14001 certification. With that certification we substantiate the environment protection to our corporate policy. We consider it as an investment in the future or our company and as a contribution to the protection of the environment.
